Our Unterpfaffstall farm is set in a sunny location and embedded in our own meadows, forest, pastures and a biotope with water lilies and goldfishes.

We built a modern run for our animals so that they can feel free and at ease both in the stable and outside, surrounded by splendid mountain views.

Peter does not only work as a farmer. He also is a wine enthusiast who has his own wine from Vernatsch and Zweigelt grapes in the cellar which is really delicious together with typical South Tyrolean bacon that matures in our cellar after having been seasoned, smoked and dried by the owner of the farm according to a traditional recipe.

If you are interested in daily life on a farm, you will soon be part of it.

“The most important thing is that it is healthy” – this is the motto of Hanni, the farmer’s wife, who grows colourful flowers, crunchy lettuce and spicy herbs as well as sweet berries for juices and jams in her vegetable and fruit garden.

We can offer you fresh rolls that are daily delivered to our farm as well as fresh eggs and milk. We also prepare you a hearty breakfast on request.
